   2. Mobile Number of Person in Charge (if different than Section A, d)
   3. Delivery Address (if different than Section A, i)
   4. Payment Methodology
   5. The equipment you use when accessing our Products and/or Services (such as your mobile handset, your computer system and platform) when you visit any of our websites (for example the pages you access and the Services and/or Products you browsed)

Personal Information may come from three (3) separate distinct source of information:-

1. It may be obtained directly from you, that is personal information that you may have provided us for example, in the user (Retailer and/or Supplier) sign-up and/or application form for MyBizApp.my (also known as "Revenue Safe Nets Sdn Bhd"); and/or
2. It may be obtained from you, that is personal information that you may have provided to us at any event(s), function(s) and/or any face-to-face direction communication(s); and/or
3. It may be obtained legitimately from third parties or other service providers, to which you have consented to the disclosure of your personal information.
